Returns Policy
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of your order being marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
What We Accept
We accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. These images will be compared against warehouse photos taken prior to dispatch to confirm the condition of the item when it left our facility.

Sale Items
Items marked as on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or are lost in transit. Due to constant stock variability during sale periods, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on sale items once dispatched. -
Colour Variations
Due to professional photography, studio lighting, and screen calibration, minor colour differences between product images and the actual item may occur. These variations do not constitute a fault. -
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable service for returns.

3. Order Processing & Delivery
Once an order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within the stated processing time. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
4. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for details. We do not accept returns on items listed as “on sale” unless the item is defective or lost in transit.
5. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear suspicious or violate our store policies.

By choosing our Subscribe & Save option, you agree to the following terms:
1. Minimum Commitment
- Our subscription service is designed to provide convenience and exclusive savings for loyal customers.
- When you subscribe, you agree to a minimum of two consecutive subscription charges (your initial order plus the following month’s order).
- Cancellations before the second billing cycle are not permitted.
2. Billing
- Your first payment will be charged immediately at checkout.
- Your second payment will be automatically billed on the same date of the following month.
- Only after your second billing has been processed can you manage, pause, or cancel your subscription.
3. Cancellation & Management
- After completing the two-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.
- If you cancel after your second payment, no further charges will occur.
4. Abuse of Subscription Discounts
- The subscription discount is offered as a benefit to returning customers.
- Customers who attempt to bypass the two-month minimum commitment or otherwise misuse the subscription program may have their orders cancelled and access to subscription benefits restricted.
